THANK YOU AND YOUR WONDERFUL INSTRUCTORS for giving the young adults at our Retreat a beautiful Tai Chi experience!
As you know, I did not attend the Retreat because I was working at the office. However, when I met people who participated in your Tai Chi session, they gave me positive feedback! They thought the exercises and information that you shared with them was very valuable! They greatly appreciated the movements and postures that you taught them to help certain areas of their bodies. They also felt at peace and believed the tips (such as remembering to smile) was also something valuable that they could carry with them to practice in the future.
I am grateful for you and your group’s kindness and support.
